Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy describes how your orders are processed and delivered when you purchase from Rad Radar LLP via our online store. We currently offer shipping within India only.

Order Processing and Dispatch

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. Orders received after business hours or during weekends and public holidays will be processed on the following working day. While we strive to dispatch orders promptly, delays may occasionally occur due to high order volume or unforeseen logistical challenges. In such cases, customers will be notified.

Shipping and Delivery Timelines

We deliver across India through our trusted delivery partners. Standard delivery may take between 3 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery location. Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary based on external factors, including remote locations, courier availability, or public holidays.

Shipping Fees

We charge a flat ₹99 shipping fee per order to help us maintain high quality packaging, careful handling, and reliable delivery for every order. Promotional shipping offers, including free shipping, may be available from time to time and will be clearly communicated.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification with tracking information. Customers are encouraged to monitor the tracking details provided by the delivery partner to stay updated on their order’s status. For any delivery updates, please contact us at hello@radradar.in 

Address and Delivery Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at the time of checkout. Rad Radar LLP will not be liable for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges due to incomplete or incorrect address details provided by the customer. In the event that an order is returned to us due to such issues, we will contact the customer for confirmation. The order may be re-shipped subject to payment of handling and re-delivery charges. If we do not receive a response within seven (7) days of notification, the order will be considered cancelled and no refund will be processed.

Undelivered Orders and Return-to-Sender Packages

If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept the package, or non-collection within the courier's stipulated holding period, the customer will be notified. The order may be re-shipped subject to payment of re-delivery charges. If we do not receive a response within seven (7) days of notification, the order will be considered cancelled and no refund will be processed.

Rad Radar LLP shall not be held responsible for any loss or delay arising from undeliverable shipments due to customer inaction or unavailability.

Shipping Limitations

At this time, we do not ship to international addresses, PO boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), or other locations deemed unserviceable by our delivery partners. Orders placed with such addresses may be canceled and refunded in full.
