This Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellation Policy governs the conditions under which customers may return or cancel their orders placed on the online store operated by Rad Radar LLP. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our garments and the quality assurance processes in place, we do not offer returns or exchanges. All purchases are considered final.
Cancellations
Due to the one-of-a-kind, pre-loved nature of our garments, cancellations are not supported after purchase. Rad Radar LLP reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving stock unavailability, errors in product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund or store credit will be issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We offer a 7-day return window in the event that you receive an item that is damaged in transit, or incorrect. You must initiate a request within seven (7) days of receiving your order by contacting us at hello@radradar.in To be eligible for a return under this clause, the item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- Include all original tags and be returned in its original packaging
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Be supported by clear photos of the entire outer packet with clear AWB number and label visible
- Be supported by photo or video evidence of the damage or issue
- Be supported by unboxing video of the package
Upon verification and approval, a credit note valid for one (1) year will be issued for the value of the item. We do not provide monetary refunds. Rad Radar LLP reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria stated above.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only in the form of store credit (credit note), subject to approval after inspection of the returned item. We will notify you once we have received and evaluated the returned item and will inform you of the outcome. If approved, the credit note will be issued to your registered email and will remain valid for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of issue. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
